Coventry Fire offers CPR Certification classes for Township residents and community businesses.
We also provide instruction on how to use AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator). An AED is a devise used to provide an electrical shock to patients. The criteria for providing the shock is determined by the machine, so very little knowledge of defibrillation is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CPR CLASSES OFFERED THROUGH THE END OF 2011. CLASSES WILL RESUME IN JANUARY 2012. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. If you would like to become CPR certified or for more information on AEDs please contact the Fire Department to find out when the next class is being offered. There is a $15.00 fee per person for class materials.
